In-Seat Power Supply
The EmPower® in-seat power supply (ISPS) intelligently converts and manages 28VDC or 110VAC to multiple outputs of 110VAC/60Hz and provides 28VDC for USB. One ISPS can power any combination of three AC and four USB outlets.
For USB-only applications, you can power the 1428 USB outlet off 28 VDC aircraft power.
Included safety features with this inverter, such as ground fault interruption, overcurrent, overvoltage, and plug detect, make installation faster and easier. The EmPower system from Astronics is flexible and expandable to fit any size aircraft.
EmPower installations are lighter than competing systems, less intrusive with fewer components (making installation easier and faster), and come backed by Astronics' commitment to customer support and satisfaction.
