The SRB-406G mounts in civil aviation life rafts and automatically activates when the inflatable deploys in water. The SRB-406G is Cospas-Sarsat approved and satisfies FAA non-rechargeable lithium battery special conditions when installed in the life raft.

Product Information

The SRB-406 is used on survival raft or slide raft devices and automatically activates when the inflatable is deployed in water.  The SRB-406 is available as a single antenna or a dual antenna model.  The single antenna version is used on non-reversible, self-righting rafts while the dual antenna version is used on reversible rafts.  The SRB-406 may also be purchased with an optional float, making it a portable unit accessible to aircraft personnel in the cabin.
